Pharmacy Manager

Job Title: Pharmacy ManagerJob Description Supervise all aspects of the pharmacy's operations including overseeing prescription dispensing personnel & operations during shift. Ensure proper technique, accurate preparation, and compliance with applicable laws for all pharmaceutical products dispensed during shift. - Manage the pharmacy staff, monitor inventory levels, and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Train, coach, and counsel all technicians as needed. - Participate in the shipping and handling of all prescription orders when required. - Work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Hard Skills 2+ years of Retail Pharmacist experience required 3+ years of experience preferred PharmD Soft Skills Ability to train and coach technicians Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. Work Environment Working within a Long-Term Care Pharmacy with a retail-like feel.
