Experience with a science, technology or with DoD contractor preferred. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills including the ability to convey information to all levels of employees in an understandable manner; comfortable and competent in conducting presentations with various size audiences. Ability to build trusting relationships with all levels of the organization. Embraces complexity and navigates ambiguity, leveraging curiosity to gain clarity and paths forward. Ability to move smoothly between strategic discussions and tactical plans. Ability to assess talent and metrics to determine opportunities and solutions. Ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously. Demonstrated problem solving ability and learning agility.
