Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Desktop Support Specialist with  

network administration responsibilities to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong  

background in both desktop support and network administration, with the ability to troubleshoot  

and resolve complex technical issues.  CCNA and CCNP certification required. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Desktop Support: 

  • Provide technical assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. 

  • Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications. 

  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear technical instructions. 

  • Customize desktop applications to meet user needs. 

  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs. 

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional. 

  • Network Administration: 

  • Monitor and maintain network performance and security. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. 

  • Manage network security measures. 

  • Maintain network services, such as DHCP, DNS, and VLANs. 

Requirements: 

  • 5-8 years of experience in the IT field 

  • Experience with the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system. 

  • CCNA and CCNP certification. 

  • Experience with Cisco switches. 

  • iPhone support, setup, and managing platforms. 

  • Industrial experience (for safety reasons). 

  • Willingness to work overtime or on weekends. 

  • Flexibility to work different shifts if needed. 

  • Proven work experience as an L3 Desktop Support Engineer or similar role. 

  • Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments. 

  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. 

  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. 

  • Customer-oriented attitude. 

  • Must be ready to take any shift, any day.
