Aging in Place Specialists (AIPS) is a locally PT owned and operated Outpatient Private Practice (Med B) specializing in home-based geriatric care. It's home care without the OASIS documentation We use WebPT for our home-based outpatient EMR.

We are seeking a Full or Part Time Occupational Therapist (Independent Contractor) for Sussex and Kent County Delaware to provide services to improve functional independence and wellness. Qualifications:
  • Preferably at least one year of experience as a Therapist
  • Experience in geriatric care
  • High proficiency and comfortable with manual therapy
  • Able to provide proof of valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must have a portable computer (iPad, lap top) for documentation purposes
  • Valid documentation with ability to work in US

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and create a plan of care for patient
  • Administer treatment to patient
  • Discharge planning of patient
  • Patient Re-assessments
  • Effective communication with patient's physicians and healthcare team members
  • Smiling (cuz it's our favorite)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $97,500.00 per year

Compensation: $97,500.00 per year

Aging in Place Specialists (AIPS) is a locally owned and operated Outpatient Physical Therapy Private Practice (Med B) that specializes in geriatric care.

All our visits are done in-home or in community settings for integration purposes, when applicable.

We help individuals that need Physical Therapy and prefer one-on-one care in their home but are not necessarily homebound.

We also provide customized Wellness Programs.

AIPS services Sussex County and part of Kent County, Delaware.
