DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide outpatient therapy services in the office and in the community

Develop and maintain Individual Service Plans and Quarterly reports with clients

Maintain a small caseload of 1-3 supervisees for leadership experience

Complete comprehensive assessments, service authorizations, and discharge planning

Case management functions of linking, arranging, and advocating for services and referrals

Maintain up-to-date client records, and prepare required session notes in a timely and accurate manner

Work in various departments as needed including Crisis Stabilization, Community Based Services, and Substance Use services, as one’s skill sets allow.

Perform community outreach and advocacy with other public and private agencies/services

Collaborate with licensed owner and director during weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings

Respond promptly to emails and telecommunication.

Review progress notes, quarterly reports, and ISPs to ensure that clients are working towards goals and objectives and that documentation is clinically sound and aligned with the agency, DBHDS, and Medicaid guidelines

Work responsibly with the administrative team and direct supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be registered as an LPC resident or LCSW supervisee currently. Prefer three years of experience providing Mental Health Treatment to adults with serious mental health issues, troubled children, and families; two years of experience providing clinical supervision to treatment staff. Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of individuals with serious mental health issues, youth and family counseling; thorough knowledge of clinical interviewing and assessment skills; working knowledge of human services systems, and relevant community resources.
