Salesforce Portfolio & Operations Lead

Key Role:

Support the portfolio director with general management of the portfolio and maintaining standard processes, status updates, and reporting cadence across the portfolio. Support prep of weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly senior staff meetings. Drive accountability across portfolio and projects for key deliverables, actions, and communications. Maintain portfolio staffing reports, including forecasting, resource gaps, and Req closure status. Work with PMs to develop and integrate project status updates into PMR package each month. Monitor customer face-to-face engagement events and support travel approval requirements. Support development of internal and external Executive Review presentation content. Develop and deliver portfolio-level customer review content. Help create agenda, content, and talk tracks for portfolio Quarterly All-Hands sessions. Support development and execution of portfolio "Strategic Plan". Support internal meetings in the absence of the portfolio director as "eyes and ears". Engage with subcontracts management on subcontractor status. Monitor Customer Success status across projects and support CSM activities as needed. Maintain portfolio SharePoint structure and general portfolio-level content. Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to help increase efficiency and quality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role

  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data analysis

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities, be assertive, be a problem solver, be a builder, and improve people and processes around you

  • Ability to foster positive business relationships

  • Ability to be highly organized and multi-task across a complex, evolving portfolio of projects

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience managing projects, product lines, or strategic initiatives in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) or Federal Government

  • Experience working in healthcare or healthcare IT

  • Experience in project management, program management, or continuous improvement

  • Ability to have passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery to Veterans

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
