Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Coordination: Work closely with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Financial Management: Provide cost estimates, discuss payment options, and coordinate insurance benefits for patients.
  • Production Oversight: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize dental chair utilization and workflow efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Patient Education: Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and oral health maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and regulatory standards, including HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in dental treatment coordination or similar roles.
