Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, evaluating, and customizing patient care plans.
  • Engaging with staff effectively to support an environment of exceptional patient care.
  • Managing staff scheduling and productivity to meet patient care needs.
  • Inspiring commitment to the organization's vision and values within the community.

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • A graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
  • A valid Registered Nurse License for Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License (must obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire).
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
  • A minimum of two years of healthcare experience; BSN and three years preferred.
