Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience

Previous acute care Med/Surg experience and proven competency to evaluate and treat patients required

Will this PT work both Inpatient and Outpatient? Only Acute Care

Skills required: Previous acute care MedSurg experience and proven competency to evaluate and treat patients

EMR: Powerchart

Dress Code: Scrub of any color. No print designs on scrub top or bottom

No RTO will be approved during the following dates: Fourth of July: 7/3 - 7/7 Labor Day weekend: 8/30 - 9/2 Halloween: 10/30 - 11/3 Thanksgiving: 11/26 - 11/30 Christmas / New Year's: 12/21 - 1/1

Maximum days off: 10 days
