Description

Ten Hoeve Group Corp is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional for a promising opportunity as an Office Assistant for its Holmdel, NJ location. This position is in a fast paced, high performance real estate office with a large volume of work. Applicants need to have experience in supporting an office with an "above and beyond" work ethic. The Office Assistant will be responsible for contributing to the efficiency of operations through the performance of various administrative functions.

This is a support position for our Monmouth County real estate team's owners. Ten Hoeve Group Corp is a stable and growing company that offers the opportunity to become a part of a close-knit team where you can advance within and develop professionally in the field of real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist office staff with various administrative tasksPerform general office duties and errands
• Manage calendar/inbox
• Maintain office equipment or supplies supplies
• Prepare and manage complex correspondence and mailers
• Plan and execute events/meetings
• Run paperwork/materials to and from townships/residential homes
• Help create playbooks for all the parts of the business
• Great clients and visitors as needed
• Handle incoming calls and other communications, as appropriate

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry a plus
• Driver's License
• Ability to learn things at a good pace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Ability to use the internet for research
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and flexible
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Handle highly confidential/personal information with prudence and care
• Self-Motivated and can work independently
