Sales Executive

I am looking to hire 2 Bay area territory sales managers for a client of mine in the technology and engineering space. This will be a remote roll. No need to report to an office.

My client is an engineering software company that provides simulation capabilities for structural, fluids, semiconductor power, embedded software, optical, and electromagnetic properties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs sales activities, establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and/or prospective customers to maintain renewal business and generate new business for an assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement account sales plans.
  • Oversee solution development and deliver compelling customer presentations; help create proposals/offers that represent maximum value to the customer at a fair price; ensure that proposals address customer's key issues, needs, and requirements.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and achieve a win for both sides.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field with 1+ years of experience of demonstrated success in technical sales positions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Personal drive and creativity to find new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in building trust relationships.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of specific accounts or industries is a plus.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
