Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customers’ needs by discussing treatment options and preparing financial arrangements with patients, as well as having financial discussions with delinquent accounts
  • Achieve patient conversion results
  • Effectively communicate to sell and close financial presentations
  • Assist with phone calls and patient check-out
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of Sales experience desired
  • Previous experience in an orthodontic practice is a plus
  • Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations


Physical Requirements

This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handleor operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
