Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for a Microscope Assembly role at our Arden Hills location. This is a first shift position from 5 am to 1:30 pm, with common overtime on Saturdays. The role involves assembling small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries, using a microscope for assembly and quality checking up to 6 hours per shift. You will be working in a clean-room environment, using tweezers and small hand tools, following work orders, and completing necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries.

  • Use a microscope for assembly and checking parts for quality, up to 6 hours per shift.

  • Work in a clean-room environment.

  • Use tweezers and small hand tools for assembly tasks.

  • Follow work orders and complete necessary documentation in English.

  • Sit for most of the day during assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Willingness to work under a microscope.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Consistent work history.

  • Comfortable and aware of clean room environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with medical assembly, electronic assembly, or hand sewing.

  • Familiarity with clean room protocols.

  • Ability to handle tiny parts with a steady hand.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean room environment, wearing a lab coat, hair covering, gloves, and safety glasses. Makeup is not permitted. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
