Duties
- Repairs plumbing fixtures, window and door frames, and associated locks and closing devices
- Repairs and replaces electrical equipment
- Responsible for facilities assessments with regard to all engineering disciplines, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and DDC controls
- Complete minor plumbing and restroom fixture repairs
- Ensure operations function smoothly.
- Coordinate and oversee all vendor activities within the facility

Requirements:
- Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform assigned tasks/be drug-free.
Labor Rates: The following rates include labor wages, lodging, per diem, and travel. The labor rate is inclusive of straight time and overtime.
Facility Support Specialist $34/hr.
Each applicant interested in supporting in Louisiana will need deployment and arrive at the designed site within 24 hours - 48 hours from the time of notice. Each applicant will need to complete their onboarding packet. It is uncertain as to the locations where personnel will be needed but will be located at a staging area established by the Department of Children and Family Services Deployments or other State agencies in various regions of the state.
