AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architecture Manager to lead a team of technically skilled Solution Architects. This role involves coaching, training, and enabling the team to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from small- to enterprise-level customers. The manager will collaborate with sales and other AWS departments, represent the team to executive management, and engage with customers and key AWS business partners. Responsibilities also include hiring, on-boarding, and developing new Solutions Architects, as well as educating customers on the value proposition of AWS.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience, 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures, and a Technical Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of cloud native design patterns, DevOps practices, and AWS services, as well as experience leading and growing teams of technology professionals, ideally in customer facing roles. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $224,700/year in our highest geographic market.
