Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75k-$100K+ annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
  • Properly complete paperwork.
  • Join the on-call rotation.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Qualifications

You must have these things:
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
  • A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
