Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to treat a variety of speech and language disorders in children and adults. They assist in assessing clients' language, voice, fluency, articulation, or hearing and implement treatment plans as directed by the SLP. SLPAs also collect data, prepare charts, and perform other supportive duties. Your Schedule & Pay: * Flexible options ranging from PRN (as needed) to full-time * Freedom to create your own schedule * $35–$45 per visit * Weekly pay * Based in Lubbock, TX What Your Day Will Look Like: * Set your own schedule and start your day by connecting with patients and their families to arrange therapy sessions. * Provide hands-on care to children, following personalized care plans. * Record progress and celebrate milestones as you help children achieve their goals. * Collaborate closely with the Speech-Language Pathologist to ensure high-quality care every step of the way.
