Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT categories, including software licenses, hardware, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and benchmark prices to optimize purchasing decisions. Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and delivery schedules. Manage supplier relationships to ensure adherence to contractual agreements, resolve any issues or disputes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to evaluate and select vendors based on business requirements, technical specifications, and budget constraints. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and contract management. Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory requirements related to IT procurement. Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as eSourcing, contract management, and spend analysis platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex procurement challenges.
