Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Maintain an acceptable standard of output and quality from the filler machine.
2. Operate filler, check weigher, weigh-ups scale; for verification of correct fill weight.
3. Operate, set up, and tear down assigned equipment
4. Application of production ensuring scoops, enclosures, lids, packing, desiccants and etc. are all completed to customer specifications
5. Observe and report any major equipment issues to small pack team leader.
6. Maintain inventory controls through proper documentation on all paperwork and inventory stock.
7. Maintain a clean working area by performing a general sanitation of all packaging equipment to keep the work area pathogen free
8. Complete all required documentation, record keeping, and reporting as required.
9. Responsible for reporting any Food Safety issues to authorized personnel for correction.

Work Environment:
Performing the duties of this job include: contact with dry dairy products, exposure to airborne particles. There can be exposure to potentially toxic substance and unpleasant odors. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and knives.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Involves standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or GED. Preferred: Previous production experience.
