Work Environment

Stewards of Recovery has operated in Idaho for over 8 years, focusing on helping our local community while also accepting clients from throughout the state. We work with diverse populations from all walks of life, and pride ourselves on truly serving our community. We are a small agency with a few locations and highly motivated to positively impact our fellow community members. As a small business we believe working together as a small team fosters most effective care for clients and develops good relationships between each other, while preventing clients or coworkers from feeling lost in the system. We encourage individualized care to meet your client's needs.

Mission

Our mission is to help individuals engage in and sustain long-term recovery from issues of addiction and mental health through community partnerships, advocacy and patient-centered care. We are Stewards of healing and hope, employing strength-based therapies to support clients though every stage of their journey.

Expectations:

  • Provide Case Management
  • Provide Skills Training and Development classes
  • Ability to make changes and can adapt to new procedures to make them more efficient
  • Experience developing and executing individualized treatment plans
  • Help promote clients progress in achieving their treatment goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with staff and clients
  • Professionally build rapport and trust with clients
  • Creative and efficient problem solver
  • Good interviewing skills with the ability to use different techniques
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele
  • Good computer and technical skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Must maintain accurate client documentation with in the time frame established
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least a Bachelors Degree in a human services field
  • Must be able to pass an enhanced state background check
  • Experience with electronic health records enforced by HIPPA laws
  • Maintain and promote a sober lifestyle
