Graphic Designer

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with innate curiosity, attention to detail, and looking to increase their skills in modern marketing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Creative Director, Project Manager, Videographer, and all other staff members to collaborate, research, and develop top-notch visual content.
• A key member in the development and implementation of design strategies to enhance brand awareness for the ReeceNichols companies and agents within the companies.
• Develops on-trend localized content for social media.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or equivalent field.
• Real estate background would be considered a plus.
• Videography background would be considered a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Managing multiple projects, strong communication, ability to work well in team environment.
• Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Customer service focus.
• Must have knowledge of Adobe Design Suite.
• Must have experience in creating templated web pages.
• Experience in Canva, preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, being adaptable to industry changes and emerging trends.
