Position: Clinical Services LiaisonLocation: Plymouth, MI

Over the last 30 years, Plymouth Physical Therapy Solutions has cultivated a state-of-the-art physical therapy practice focusing on putting our patients’ needs first. Our collaborative team is armed with diverse professional skills to help our patients with outpatient needs, spanning orthopedics, sports injuries, joint replacement, industrial rehabilitation, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Our staff is equipped to provide the latest, research-backed treatments for a maximized rehabilitation experience. 

Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists is searching for an External Clinical Services Liaison working within the Metro Detroit area. Our Clinical Services Liaisons are held to high standards with expectations being a dedication to educating and helping make a difference, whether with patients or with physicians. You are outgoing with a great, positive attitude, and has experience collaborating and working as a team. You will work closely with the Owner, Clinic Director, Internal Marketing Director, and other Liaisons to build and maintain relationships with physicians and the physician office staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and network with physicians, office staff, the local community, and businesses surrounding your individual clinics.
  • Identify potential referral sources and educate them on our services, clinicians, processes, and our specialties.
  • Maintain relationships with current referral sources.
  • Participate in training and development on our services, specialties, and processes.
  • Attend planning meetings to stay updated on new locations, services, providers, campaigns, promotions and share relevant information regarding sources and help brainstorm ideas to increase growth.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Plymouth PT Specialists, our services, our treatment techniques, clinicians, and competition.
  • Consistently set and achieve personal and professional performance goals for patient volume, new referral sources, and other related sales results.
  • Work closely with the Internal Marketing Department to develop social media campaigns that coincide with external marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with your clinicians and liaisons to achieve clinic and company goals, and work as a team to maximize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field. 
  • A minimum of one full year of direct sales/marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with CRM’s like HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and management
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Drive and Google Documents, Spreadsheets, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales/marketing relationship.
  • Background or experience in Physical Therapy or healthcare is preferred.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly to apply facts in analyzing a problem and explaining that answer to a group of clinicians or physicians and their staff.

We offer a total compensation package including base salary plus a commission plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, and a 401 (k) savings plan, Paid Time Off, in addition to other benefits for full time employees.
