As we embark on this journey to make a positive impact in our community, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Community Outreach Liaison to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
As the Community Outreach Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of South Shore Recovery Center. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with local healthcare organizations and other community stakeholders, and forging partnerships with referral sources to increase census. Working closely with the executive team, clinical staff, and external stakeholders, your efforts will be integral in establishing South Shore Recovery Center as a trusted provider of outpatient addiction treatment services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regular visits to local healthcare organizations and other community resources to increase brand awareness and develop meaningful relationships.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare providers, community organizations, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, educational initiatives, and outreach activities.
- Represent South Shore Recovery Center at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the intake process and ensure a seamless experience for clients and referring partners.
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions team to identify resources for outbound referrals when necessary.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in addiction treatment to ensure compliance and quality of care.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two years of experience preferred in community outreach, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.
- Preferred undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university; professional experience may substitute for degree requirement. Must be computer literate.
- Proven track record of building strategic partnerships, and increasing brand awareness.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of South Shore Recovery Center to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to problem solve and develop actionable insights.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals affected by addiction and dedicated to promoting recovery and wellness.
