Human Performance Analyst

Key Role:

Conducts and applies advanced health science expertise and advanced academic research skills to science and technology client challenges. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD health and human performance programs and initiatives

  • Experience implementing performance-based analytical and technical solutions centered on optimizing human performance

  • Experience with testing, assessing, and analyzing individual and group-based programs, with a focus on human and warfighter performance

  • Experience working with and collaborating with cross-functional teams across industry, academia, and government

  • Knowledge of descriptive and predictive analytics, methods, or practices in health and human performance

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Sports Science

  • ACSM or NSCA Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with physiological and cognitive frameworks and models

  • Experience with measures and metrics to drive ROI at the individual and small group level

  • Knowledge of hardware and software solutions and integration to solve complex problems

  • Master's degree in Exercise Science or Sports Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
