Senior Living Sales Director/Leasing Director

LeaderStat has an exciting Senior Living Sales opportunity with a strategically growing senior living provider at one of their beautiful communities in Melrose, MA.

This high-end, modern community with the charm and finishes of a boutique hotel is seeking a Leasing Director (Sales Director) that would be responsible for both inside and outside sales for the community.

Mandatory Qualifications (***please only apply if ALL are met***):

  • Consistent proven track record of measurable accomplishments
  • Senior Living sales experience (both inside and outside sales), will also consider accomplished Hospice/Home Health/Home Care professionals
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Experience in usage of CRM application
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and self-competitive
  • Must have good tenure with current and previous employers
