The Social Worker collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and provides input in the development of the IHP/IEP for students requiring social work intervention and support in the school setting. School: Elementary School (grades 4K-5) Location: Beloit, WI Position Type: Full-time (2024-2025 school year) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Hourly Pay: $40/hr Responsibilities: Coordinate intervention services to promote academic achievement and social, emotional, and behavioral wellness for all students. Act as the Attendance/Truancy Liaison, participate in consultation teams, and provide counseling to students. Facilitate communication between the school and community agencies. Assess social functioning and ensure compliance with mandates. Support families under the McKinney Vento Act. Qualifications: Master’s degree. Wisconsin licensure for School Social Worker #7050.
