Children's Harbor is a community that was built on the very foundation of hope. It's a place where children can feel safe while their families have the chance to heal. Our family group homes provide wrap-around support to 24 teenagers who have been removed from their parents because of egregious abuse or neglect.

In 2006 we opened our first sibling homes, fulfilling our dream to create a safe space where brothers and sisters can live together while their family has the opportunity to heal. In 2008, we opened two additional homes and through the years, we have had the privilege of loving more than 598 children

Children's Harbor is seeking a MA level MOM's Matter counselor to provide treatment and support for women experiencing maternal depression/anxiety and promote positive development for infants and children with the goals of infants, young children, and mothers in Broward County to develop supportive and nurturing relationships while promoting positive social, cognitive, and physical development of children.

Requirements

Master level Counselors.

Provide evidence-based intervention such as concrete skills development, and crisis de-escalation to serve families in crisis.

Provide weekly in-home case management and parenting education services to the Case.
