Vitamin Supplement company is in need of a Purchasing Administrator Assistant to manage the procurement process for the company. Their responsibilities include:
Coordinating with departments: Determining what supplies, equipment, and raw materials are needed
Researching vendors: Finding vendors to get the best price
Submitting purchase orders: Submitting purchase orders to the distribution center
Handling invoicing: Tracking orders and payments, and reconciling invoices
Managing contracts: Entering into and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers
Monitoring stock levels: Recording and monitoring stock levels
Representing the company: Representing the company in relations with vendors and negotiating purchases
High school/some college
Excel, word required QuickBooks preferred Communication is important will be working with purchasing team proficient with numbers and contracts English speaking, bilingual plus
