As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-construction meeting with customers

Set expectations on a project-by-project basis

Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work

Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased

Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work

Provide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and clients and Project Manager and document all project activities in the job file in Dash

Maintain quality standards through site inspections

Validate schedule and progress

Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders

Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors

Perform final walk-through with customer

Compile and resolve punch list items

Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer

Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews

Provide priority response to potential customers

Participate in teambuilding and working together for the team's success

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Organizational and Communication skills are more important than Industry experience

Effective written and oral communication

Basic math skills

Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Walking and/or standing throughout the day

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat or high noise level

We cover a large territory that involves extensive drive time - vehicle and gas provided

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
