Construction Project Manager Department:Program Management Location:Dallas, TX Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned business that provides fully customized, turn-key, program management and construction services at scale. OurConstruction Project Managerworks as part of a program management team managing on-going construction programs for one of Sevan's retail/restaurant (QSR) clients. The field management PM will manage multiple ground up / new build projects across Texas and Oklahoma, while acting as an extension of the owner-s design and construction staff. Our Project Manager will oversee the work of general contractors, designers, and vendors for multiple sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: On-Site project management of construction activities Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Proactively communicates project related issues directly with Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director. Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy. Reviews bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, and other project information necessary to gain complete familiarity with the project. Confirms and verifies permitting requirements related to the project or program. Directly manages and monitors project work in the field. Diligently manages change orders to projects. Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Prepares and provides weekly status reports for projects. Proactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or qualify. Represents the company in project meetings. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities. Other duties as assigned. This is a remote based position with recurring travel to regional job sites. Qualified candidates must live in the West South Central region - Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, preferred. Travel is required (30-60%) on an as needed basis, up to and including weekly site visits. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules. Qualifications: Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or 8-10 years related experience and/or training in construction project management of multi-site QSR or cafe retail locations. Construction management of ground up / new build projects, highly preferred. Experience in multi-site, regional roll out programs, highly preferred.
