Job Description: Supports diverse Transmission project teams focusing online and substation construction to achieve company objectives and targets. Possesses leadership skills to support construction field activities to act in the best interest of the stakeholder and project sponsor needs. Construction teams consist of Work management, Engineering, project manager, and field performers which support the life cycle of the assigned projects. Responsible for supporting the execution (sequencing, work plans, etc.) of the work to meet the project team execution timeline. Supports the management of budgets and in-service commitment dates to meet customer satisfaction. Ensure the adherence to safe work practices, standards (QA/QC), work methods and procedures daily. Projects are geographically located in or around the Asheville NC region of Energy. Required Education: High School Diploma/GED 15+ years’ experience in the utility Transmission construction industry.
