Our client, a leading organization in the Food/Beverage manufacturing?industry, is seeking a Support Services Specialist to join their team. As a Support Services Specialist, you will be part of the Special Services Team supporting internal sales teams and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Services Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (100% On-Site)

Duration: 18+ Months contract

Shift: 9AM?to 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Handle requests from customers disputing product invoices due to discrepancies.

  • Perform detailed research to determine the validity of claims related to damaged or shorted products.

  • Build relationships with various teams to improve customer service and reduce costs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Service, Customers, and Finance regarding credits and debits.

  • Evaluate and suggest improvements for processes related to customer order issues.

What's Needed?

  • High School Graduation.

  • Customer Service experience.

  • Experience with SAP & SAP IC.

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
