Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for a Pediatric Patient Coordinator. This is a full-time position Monday-Thursdays and rotating every other Friday and Saturday.

The Patient Coordinator is an integral part of a team that delivers clinical excellence and best in class service to each patient, every time to create healthier smiles every day.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
  • Checking patients in and out for appointments
  • Scheduling appointments for patients
  • Answering phones with enthusiasm
  • Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
  • Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
  • Organizing and filing all paperwork generated by the clinic
  • Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
  • Keeping reception area clean and orderly at all times
  • Checking and verifying patients' insurance
  • Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager
