Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
  • Monitor performance and optimize Azure infrastructure components including VMs, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Design, implement, and support Azure solutions including virtual networks, VPNs, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid cloud integrations.
  • Configure and manage VMware virtualization technologies and platforms.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory services, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and related components.
  • Implement and support VOIP and telecommunications systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and maintain enterprise-wide systems and applications in Azure and on-premises environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices related to Azure cloud administration and other technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Administrator with a strong focus on Azure and Microsoft technologies.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing VMware environments and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, including identity management and security principles.
  • Experience with VOIP systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile methodologies is a plus.
