Position Title: Swim Instructor Employee Group: Temporary Division/Department: Fitness & Recreation Center Status: Part-time temporary, 18-20 hours/week, Hourly salary of $10.33 Position Summary Information Position Accountabilities and Essential Functions The successful candidate must demonstrate experience, skills, and commitment to fostering an environment of belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion. Teaching private and group swim classes in accordance with the FRC guidelines. Required Qualifications Certified in any Swim instructor program. Must be able to see and hear calls of distress. Must be able to pick up equipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must display emotional maturity, good communication skills, judgement and tact, and a positive attitude. Additional Experiences Considered Must be current with the following certifications: Any Swim instructor program. Application Deadline Position will remain open until filled.
