A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

By directly overseeing the sales and marketing team, the Director of Business Development leads by executing a sales and marketing aggressive growth strategy, and provides leadership guidance and direction to one sales associate and one marketing coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess both sales knowledge and results as well as the ability to implement successful marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to analyze market data and trends, partner with local community constituents, and foster strong relationships with others at One Lincoln Park.

By providing excellent customer service, you are a friendly and courteous presence for our residents. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining work experience while providing excellent services to our residents

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in independent senior living a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or Marketing
  • Strong desire to achieve results
  • Professional, courteous and work well with other team members

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT This full-time position works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. May require on-call shifts and other hours outside of normal business.
