RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cloud Architecture and Deployment:
    • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud solutions to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
    • Architect cloud-based systems and optimize their performance for maximum efficiency.
    • Implement best practices for cost-efficiency and resource management.
  • Infrastructure as Code:
    • Utilize infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to automate the deployment and management of cloud infrastructure.
    • Ensure consistent and repeatable deployments using code-driven infrastructure management.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and drive innovation in our cloud environment.
    • Provide cloud engineering support for various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Monitoring and Security:
    • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to maintain the health and security of AWS environments.
    • Apply networking concepts and security best practices to protect cloud infrastructure and data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AWS cloud services
  • Proven track record in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in AWS.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for AWS environments.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance and SCI Eligible.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to NSA facilities and computer systems throughout the duration of the contract.
