A well-established residential roofing contractor is seeking an experienced outside sales representative to educate and inform homeowners about storm damage and related roofing, siding, and gutter projects. This role offers a draw advancement vs. commission, competitive total compensation, vehicle allowance, insurance benefits, and sales support staff. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and be self-sufficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
  • Conduct property inspections for wind and hail damage
  • Review scope of work summaries and sign contracts with homeowners
  • Collaborate with the insurance adjuster and collect funds from homeowners
  • Educate customers on industry products and company policies
  • Manage sales pipeline via CRM and maintain communication with sales leadership
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and follow company sales system

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven full cycle sales experience
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform
  • Dedication to personal career development and reaching goals
  • Valid driver's license
  • 21 years of age or older preferred
