Lennar is looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will provide support to the Marketing and Digital Marketing Managers. They will directly report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for content creation, communication, and social media content management, and help support and drive measurable results.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Assist with community content creation including, photography, drone, and videos.
  • Collaborate on social media strategy that boost engagement and new followers.
  • Communicate with followers daily with informative posts through Sprinklr, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc..
  • Coordinate blog posts and PR pieces for community specific initiatives.
  • Maintain daily communication with vendors to disseminate information and production time.
  • Facilitate the creation and order of community signage and collateral - work with vendor on pricing, design, and production time.
  • Order all marketing and sales related supplies and swag to support the Division's marketing and sale strategy.
  • Coordinate sales/marketing related meetings with vendors, as needed.
  • Coordinate, execute and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events, and realtor events.
  • Assist with setup and execution of Welcome Home Centers, models, and self-guided tour homes.
  • Conduct weekly onsite visits as needed to check signage, inventory homes, models and assist with sales needs.
  • Assist with coding/processing marketing and sales invoices.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years' experience in marketing required.
  • Minimum two years' experience in homebuilding industry preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational, project manage and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations.
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
  • General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SEM & Google Analytics.
Contacts

Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners. Regular contact with the general public. Frequent external contacts where matters discussed require resourcefulness, patience, clarity and tact.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $23.51 - $33, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
