*Able to analyze/debug complex, cross-platform issues, enhance/fix them quickly, and mentor others to do same (i.e., performance issues, crashes, and/or unexpected results).
*Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures with ability to provide outstanding customer service.
*Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude to learn.
*High level of attention to detail.
*Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to assist in other areas as priorities shift.
*Ability to operate with minimal supervision while keeping leadership informed.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
*Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
OR
*Two years formal education from technical school, college, or certification program in computer science, computer information systems, or computer systems engineering AND two years' experience developing and maintaining software.
OR
*Four years' experience designing, developing, and maintaining software.
PLUS
*7 years related design, development, and support experience in respective technology stack with a Bachelors' degree.
*5 years related design, development, and support experience in respective technology stack with a Masters' degree.
*Experience Level:*
Intermediate Level
