This program serves a high acuity patient population and our Providers receive specialty skill stipends for cardiac and transplant.Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights: Staffing model of 10 Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs covering 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo. Average surgical volume of 9000 annually. Diverse mix of cases including, Transplant, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma. CRNAs practice top of license. Able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency. Willing to train. NEW Day shift only option: 8s, 10s, 12s. No call. No nights.Incentive/Benefits Package: Robust compensation package includes tiered base salary, specialty skill stipends and Start Date Bonus. Relocation assistance available.NEW Time Away from Practice policy allows for more time off for our caregivers to use at their discretionImmediate 8 to 10 weeks time off based on completed months of service availablePremium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift.
