As Global Capital Manager you will LEAD by…… As Global Capital Manager, you will provide high level project execution expertise for the Precious Metals Services (EM) business unit. Your leadership of project teams will ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget, and safe implementation, meeting project objectives and sharing best practices across all regions. You will have leadership responsibilities for EM Site CapEx Engineering resources and collaborate with internal and external services, providing suitable resources for the execution of EM projects globally. You will provide detailed reporting of all EM projects; your coaching, mentoring and support will develop site and regional resources which improve the execution of capital projects in EM. Your facilitation of Asset investments align with business and site development plans and assure a robust pipeline of CapEx for OpEx with EM. In this role you will be responsible for: • Manage the EM global capital investment portfolio in collaboration with the Technology, Business Management and EM Site Leaders • Leverage your technical competence while steering/leading and challenging major global EM investments (> 2M euro and/or business strategic projects) achieving investment project goals and with your concise preparation of senior leader communication • Ensure projects encompass robust and realistic objectives for scope, schedule, cost, and safety • Develop the CapEx planning process for CC-EM globally • Lead monthly CapEx business reporting • Manage the CC-EM global capital investment portfolio in collaboration with the Technology, Business Management and CC-EM Site Leaders • Leverage your technical competence while steering/leading and challenging major global EM investments (> 2M euro and/or business strategic projects) achieving investment project goals and with your concise preparation of senior leader communication • Ensure projects encompass robust and realistic objectives for scope, schedule, cost and safety • Develop the CapEx planning process for EM globally • Lead monthly CapEx business reporting This individual will be located close to one of our US sites in Caldwell Texas, Seneca and Converse South Carolina, Iselin New Jersey, or a major airport. Your elements for success…… BS Degree in Engineering/Chemistry or related discipline A minimum of 7+ years in capital project execution Involvement in strategic planning and management of a capital portfolio.
