Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Charlotte.

Candidate Profile:
  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in North Carolina.
  • 3-5 years of experience with finance transactions, including drafting and managing the demands and timelines of sophisticated finance transactions.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex law firm environment.
  • Strong legal drafting and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in complex finance and real estate finance transactions, working closely with senior attorneys.
  • Draft and negotiate complex financing documents, manage transaction timelines, and provide strategic legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with a team on a variety of finance-related matters, gaining significant responsibility and exposure to high-profile transactions.
