Our Sanitation Technician positions at SSP have the important role of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our restaurants and units. If you take pride in providing a clean and safe environment for guests, we invite you to join us

  • Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment
  • Remove refuse to designated areas
  • Clear and reset tables in dining areas and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand or load dishwasher
  • Assist guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to supervisor
  • Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of food items
