More Informed Care: We aim to provide comprehensive information at your fingertips to ensure the best care for your patients. Our services include nutrition counseling, in-house therapy, genetic testing,, and ADHD testing for confirmatory diagnosis before prescribing stimulants.
Exceptional Support: Our dedicated operations team will help with scheduling and screening patients, provide credentialing, insurance verification, billing and reimbursement, documentation, prior authorization, pharmacy contact, patient requests, messaging triaging, and IT support. We support you so you can focus on what you love: providing exceptional care to your patients

Flexibility: We understand the importance of work-life balance. This in-office full-time position offers a flexible schedule, with no on-call responsibilities and potential for virtual days. In addition, this position will have built-in time for documentation and meetings.
As Part of the Foresight Outpatient Prescribing Team, You Will:
- Provide initial evaluations and ongoing medication management and brief supportive therapy for clients (Child and Adolescent, 18+), which includes:
- 60-minute intakes
- 15-30-minute follow-ups (depending on patient acuity and need for brief supportive therapy determined and set by your assessment)
- 45-minute transfer appointments
- Collaborating with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care
- Maintain a determined schedule that fits with your needs, with no on-call responsibilities

You'll receive an annual salary between $140,000 and $145,000 based on experience and a 40-hour weekly schedule- A smaller full-time caseload with a minimum of 30 hours per week is also an option, with a salary starting at $105,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: We offer our full-time nurse practitioners medical, dental, vision coverages, and FSA; company-paid life insurance; 4 weeks of PTO (increased in 2024); and a 401K plan with a company match.
We are looking for NPs who are passionate about their patients' well-being, enjoy working in a collaborative environment both internally and with patients, and want to simultaneously learn and share knowledge with others. Though we do not require our providers to see Medicare patients, you must have not opted out from Medicare. We require:
- A Master's degree in psychiatric mental health nursing from an accredited university or graduate program
- An active, Georgia Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
- DEA licensed with Schedule 3-5
- Georgia residency
- 2+ years of independent experience in psychiatry, with 1 year in an outpatient setting
- Access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus
