Job Summary:

The SAP Specialist is a leadership position at Q2 Management.

This role is responsible for facilitating inventory movement through containment at our customer site.You will be responsible for accurately recording material movement in the SAP system and ensuring timely and sufficient material flow. You will be working with the inspection team and function as the point of contact with various logistic teams.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all SAP and Scrap Admin duties within the Body Shop
  • Interfacing with logistics and VW production to coordinate material flow
  • Posting accurate materials movements within SAP
  • Managing and prioritizing material processing based on forecasted needs
  • Validating system information with physical inventory on hand
  • Ensuring the proper tagging of rejected materials (NCD/IL)
  • Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment
  • Develop your team and identify new leadership talent
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including extensive SAP experience (Word, Excel and SAP)
  • An energetic and achievement-oriented attitude
  • A dedication to customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control
  • Flexible schedule to support various shifts and locations
