Job Description Join our team as a Sorter, where you will play a crucial role on the production line by sorting waste materials such as general waste, yard/organic waste, and recyclables. You will need to maintain strong attention to detail and work at an efficient pace to manage the flow of materials. This position requires handling dirty and smelly waste materials and necessitates standing for extended periods. Hard Skills General Labor Sorting Clean Up Soft Skills Attention to Detail Efficiency Adaptability Work Environment The work takes place at a waste recovery site with outdoor areas that can be extremely hot in the summer (100+ degrees) and cold/wet in the winter. The sorting occurs on an elevated, covered platform equipped with tarps for additional cover, yet still exposed to weather elements.
