Job Description
This individual will be directly responsible for developing or supporting the project team's system integration needs and the review of specifications and functional requirements gathered from the business teams. This person will interact regularly with members of the field-based and home office-based user community, a broader internal and remote-based development team, and have regular interactions with members of the LOB and Country Management Teams and the Deployment team.

This person will also take a lead role on speaking with stewards of our domestic and international financial systems. Coordination with all the aforementioned teams to ensure that the system requirements are understood and implemented as planned. This person will be supervised by an IT Manager who facilitates a systems integration role today and will inherit various responsibilities from that supervisor. This person will also receive part-time supervision from a full-time Integration Analyst resource. Excellent design, architecture, development and documentation skills are essential.

The Global Field Financials team is being created to develop, deploy and maintain the standard Field Financial System that will be used throughout ARAMARK's global operations. This role will report to the IT Manager and will principally support the GFF Solution Development team and as well as support various work streams for the Business Process and Standardization Teams all working toward the advancement of the Global Field Financials project.
• Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting new or existing interfaces between the GFF application and a variety of other IT solutions (ERP, POS, Decision Support, etc...)
• Ability to analyze business requirements and architect database and interface designs and build solutions.
• Responsibility for the end-to-end design of application or user interface components which support the data interface process; including screens and interactive mechanisms to validate data.
• Support a growing list of critical interfaces both during and after business hours.
• Establishing or furthering existing monitoring and/or alerting capabilities in the current environment
• Ability to review development work of others to assess ways to improve software performance.
• Participating in workshops and meetings, facilitating and recording business requirements and preparing documentation.
• Coordination with the business analyst and other members of the IT development staff to review and validate requirements and evaluate technical feasibilities.
• Document system design and support.
• Expected to develop time estimates for new or modified work items including constraints, dependencies and other variables under the guidance of the IT team.
• Coordinates with various on-shore / off-shore consulting practices an assimilate needs into several on-going work streams.
• Responsibility for performing code reviews of cross-team members and assisting in matters of standards and governance.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation on current and future state of information technology systems, applications, interfaces and processes.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters for new development of software, interfaces and process improvements under the guidance of the IT team.
• Will be required to work with a project manager to collapse new project items into individual or comprehensive plans.
• Will complete work in accordance with corporate established SDLC processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a similar discipline is required coupled with the desire to succeed in an enriching development environment
• Demonstrated skills in the development and maintenance of enterprise-level systems
• 4+ years proficiency in technical development experience in a team environment
• 3+ years of related experience in systems integration across heterogeneous environments
• SQL Server 2019 or better required and demonstrated expertise in SSIS and other ETL toolsets is required
• 3 + years of experience with Oracle 12c or greater
• Demonstrated abilities to analyze and write Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML) scripts.
• Experience integrating 3rd party APIs.
• Demonstrated experience working with Unicode and international character data sets is preferred
• Leadership in solution design and development and compliance to SDLC & enterprise standards
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with stakeholders and business process owners is a must
• Ability to create and deliver presentations is essential
• Experience with creation and maintenance of functional and/or technical specifications is required
• Experience with change control processes, code migration and management tools is required (Azure DevOps, TFS, etc)
• Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, other) or equivalent demonstrated experience in general business concepts (including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, purchasing, receiving, inventory) is a plus
• General knowledge and expertise regarding hardware, operating systems, networking and internet concept is expected
• Creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Identify and resolve integration issues, providing timely support and maintenance for integration solutions
