This position plays a vital role in our integrated care clinic, providing comprehensive care for patients with opiate use disorders. What you'll do: Provide primary care and medication-assisted treatment for patients struggling with opioid use disorder. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including behavioral health and dental professionals. Diagnose and manage complex health conditions alongside other healthcare providers. Empower patients through education and counseling around medication, Narcan use, and recovery. Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all JHC policies. Why JHC?
