Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm

Pay: $20.75/hour

Job Description

**This position will require travel to different locations throughout the state such as Willingboro/Burlington area, and the Howell/Freehold area**

What You Get To Do:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all preventative, corrective, and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence.

This position does have an on call rotation - 1 week or more per month

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:
  • High school diplomas or GED
  • Two (2) years experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
  • Must possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.
  • must have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Appropriate transportation and basic tools required.
  • Ability to be on call in evenings and weekends
